The G&S Festival 2026 – Thank you!
The last lorry has been unloaded and the scenery packed away – the 32nd International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival has come to an end! 
Around 1,000 people came together on stage and behind the scenes to bring more than 60 events to life over two weeks of pure G&S Festival bliss – and what a Festival it was! 
To our incredible Festival Volunteers, the wonderful team at Buxton Opera House, St John’s Church and our local businesses, our Production Teams, the National Festival Orchestra, our brilliant Backstage Crew and the National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company – thank you for your dedication, support and hard work. We couldn’t do it without you! 
And, of course, to you, our audiences! Thank you for filling our theatres, sharing the laughter, applauding the performers and making the Festival an absolute joy.
